AM workout: 7 miles
PM workout: 6.5 miles

AM: 7 miles & weights

AM: 3 miles- Cindy came over and we went to have lunch (healthy though)
1/28/09
AM: 6 miles & 30 minutes of weight training
1/29/09
AM: 7.5 miles & 1/2 hour weights
2/2/09
AM: 12.2 miles and 20 minutes weights
my own personal punishment for not working out over the weekend. golf won my normal saturday morning ritual.
2/3/09
PM: 5 miles with Mr. Lo- and sprained my ankle badly while attempting to play basketball--- Booo 4 me.. :(

AM: 8 miles feeling much better
